London Victoria Groups Ltd (LVG) was established in 2012 in London. Formerly known as London Capital Homes Ltd (LCH), we have undergone a rebranding to reflect our evolving vision, expanded services, and ongoing commitment to excellence in the property industry.

Xiaowen is a graduate of the University of Oxford, where she developed exceptional analytical and strategic skills. With a solid background in banking, she offers deep expertise in financial markets, investment strategies, and risk assessment—bringing a unique perspective to real estate investments at LVG. As Director, Xiaowen is known for her visionary leadership and ability to anticipate market trends, adapt to shifting client preferences, and drive data-informed decisions. Her financial acumen and passion for property are central to LVG’s continued success in the luxury lettings sector.

With over 15 years of experience in Prime Central London, Hannah excels in helping clients achieve their propertygoals. She specialises in building investment portfolios, finding the best tenants for her clients and leading her team to success.

Passionate about both property and people, Hannah also volunteers with empowerHER UK to support bereaved youth in London. In her free time, she enjoys running along the Thames and taking in the city’s best views.

Nevila joined LVG with a strong international background in law and in-depth knowledge of the UK property market to her role at LVG. She earned her Bachelor of Laws in Beijing before relocating to London in 2018. She later completed a Master’s degree in Financial Law in 2019, further enhancing her expertise in legal and financial matters.

With over five years of experience in UK real estate, Nevila has held key positions including Client Relationship Manager. At LVG she plays a leading role deputising for the Lettings Manager in their absence and supporting the lettings team. Renowned for her professionalism and attention to detail, Nevila negotiates rental agreements with skill and fairness, ensuring smooth and mutually beneficial outcomes for both landlords and tenants.

Originally from Morocco, Malak brings an international perspective and a strong passion for property to the Team at LVG. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, she moved to the UK in 2019 to pursue her studies in Business Management and Finance.

Her journey into real estate began through hands-on experience in property development, which quickly sparked a passion and curiosity for the industry. Drawn to London’s architecture and history Malak naturally transitioned into residential lettings. She now has over two years of experience in the London property market, specialising in matching high-quality tenants with homes that suit their lifestyle and goals.

As someone who loves showing people around the city and uncovering its hidden gems, Malak brings a warm, personal touch to every interaction. Her goal is simple: to make every client feel confident, supported, and well-informed at every step of the process.
